Key Study Passage: 1 Kings 18:16-40
- Why are the Israelites so quick to forget everything God has done for them?
- How are we similar to the Israelites? How are we different?
- In what ways has God drawn you to himself when you’ve been tempted to wander away?
- Is there someone you know who is struggling with their faith? How might you make yourself available to help him or her find faith again?
Spend Time in Prayer: Thank God that he is is different from all the empty things we are tempted to chase. Thank him for his faithful love that continually draws you back to him.
